The brief

Amber & Oak made solid, well-built furniture but looked like every other showroom on the highway. Their own customers couldn't describe the brand in one sentence.

What we did

We rebuilt the identity around 'furniture with a paper trail' — provenance-first branding, a new logotype, and a Shopify storefront that leads with the maker's story, not the SKU.

The result

Direct-to-consumer revenue grew 3x in two quarters, and average order value rose 18% once the new product pages shipped.
